Customs duty was charged by local customs,we never know if customer should go to Clearance of Customs Duties before customer receive order, and the price of our order is tariff-free, so customs duty needs to be paid by the customer.

Refund Policy

Cancellation
Thank you for making an order on our website. KidHoney accept free order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, if the order exceeds 24 hours, we will refund you 75% of the order value if you want to cancel the order. (Notice: order with discount can not be cancelled. The discount includes but not limited to orders over xx get xx off, the x pieces get x off. ) If the order is cancelled you will get the refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

RETURN POLICY
KidHoney General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from KidHoney can be returned within 4 days after receiving the product.  (Notice: order with discount can not be returned. You could change it. The discount includes but not limited to orders over xx get xx off, the x pieces get x off. ) You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. (underwear and shapewear cannot get return and exchange)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
We will reissue the package for free if we ship to wrong delivery address or loss of goods because of our reason.
If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can exchange goods but customers have to bare the shipping costs.
If customer want to return the goods they have not been used. After we receiving the returned goods, we can refund the price of your products. (Retrun shipping fee need to bare by buyer, and there might cause tax, should bare by buyer also.)
Order can not be canceled once the goods are dispatched.
The loss of package caused by address problem and refusal to sign , we can deliver the goods again after customer supplementary the logistics fee .

If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
